Aditya holds a Law Degree (S.H.) from University of Indonesia and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of Exeter, United Kingdom, with LPDP scholarship from the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia. Prior to establishing GAP Law Firm, he had worked at several prestigious law firms in Indonesia and overseas since 2012. Aditya is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Indonesian IP Attorneys Association (AKHKI), Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (IKAPI), and he has dealt with various legal due diligence, general corporate, commercial legal matters, labor law, administrative dispute, environmental case, judicial review, and also dealt with civil and criminal case. Aditya is also currently teaching as a permanent lecturer at the law faculty of a private university.

Suryadi holds a Law Degree (S.H.) from Bandung Law Academy, Bachelor of Engineering from Bandung Islamic University, and Master of Public Administration from Administration Academy-Bandung. Prior to joining GAP Law Firm, he had work at the aircraft manufacturing industry for more than two decades in Indonesia and overseas until he achieved the rank of Vice President. For the last ten years he had worked as a President Director in one of the non-banking financial institutions. He has extensive exposure on manufacturing industry, safety and environment matters, government relation, pension, financial institution, labor dispute and industrial relation. He is also a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Stephanie obtained a law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2019. She is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Prior to joining GAP Law Firm, Stephanie worked at a notary office in Jakarta and gained competency on contract drafting and client relations. She handled deeds of various agreements and corporate actions. She also served as a Legal Supervisor for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. She was in charge of all legal aspects to keep the day-to-day business runs smoothly and earned valuable skills in commercial negotiation, contract management, and risk identification.

Bagus earned his Laws degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2021, with a concentration in Criminal Law. Then he pursued a Master of Laws degree at Udayana University focusing on Business Law, and graduated with high distinction in 2024. Bagus is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Prior to joining GAP Law Firm, Bagus had experience legal counsel specializing in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. He began his career at a law firm in Bali before being entrusted with the role of Legal Counsel and Owner Representative at several companies in Bali. In these roles, he handled a variety of legal matters, including family disputes, criminal and civil cases, as well as licensing management and liaising with government institutions. Clients and colleagues know Bagus as a communicative, detail-oriented, and responsive legal professional. He is also well recognized for his strong work ethic, clear communication, and excellent time management skills.

Zaskia is a dual-licensed Personal Injury Attorney licensed to practice in Indonesia and Washington state. Zaskia played a significant role in Lion Air JT610 and Sriwijaya Air SJ182 plane crash cases suing the Boeing company in United States. Zaskia resides in Seattle, Washington where she handles various personal injury cases stateside; from motor vehicle accident, slip & fall, medical malpractice, to dog bite injury. As someone who has significant exposure to dealing with both Eastern and Western cultures, Zaskia is very suitable advocate in handling various cross border matters, often times, dealing with cyber crime and online dating scams.
